I received the rings on time but one of them was defective. I contacted them as soon as i noticed and their response time took longer than stated on the site. Thankfully they said they'd send a replacement, but never reached out to me about when they'd send it out to me. I asked for more info on it and it took them even longer to reply this time. I was getting a bit worried but they eventually said they'd provide a tracking number, which they never sent. I was a bit skeptical but I waited and it eventually came in the mail just a few days ago. It took about 3 weeks to receive the replacement for the defective ring. The customer service isn't the best or fastest but I'm glad they were able to send the replacement ring to me in the end. The rings themselves are perfect! They look just like the photos and are beautiful. The only reason I put 4 stars is because of the customer service.
